The body of a man who had been missing in the Spiddal area has been found.
49-year-old Haydn Jones was reported missing on Saturday.
The body of Mr. Jones was discovered by a Garda search team in a wooded area near Spiddal shortly after 7am today.
Gardai said foul play is not suspected and the body has been removed to University Hospital Galway for a post-mortem examination.
Mr Jones was originally from New Zealand and had been holidaying in Spiddal.
